With my $2,000 afo brace, my ankle became weaker. I wondered how a device this inexpensive and simple could possibly be a realistic alternative to the much more expensive brace? Fortunately someone else told me about this style of brace, or I would not have taken this brace seriously. This gives my ankle some support, but it also allows more movement so I believe it has helped to strengthen my ankle. It easily fits in my shoes and I don’t need a leveling insert for my other shoe. Been using this brace for 3 months and I would definitely recommend this to anyone with drop foot that likes to be active. It’s been a game changer for me!

The Tech Love AFO foot drop brace is well-made and durable. It provides the support I need for my foot drop condition.

I like the lower profile compared to my older foot drop brace but the loop attachment to the shoe laces doesn’t feel like it does anything. If the lower foot plate was a little bigger it may help the lift properly. It does serve it’s purpose especially for the price, I just need a little more toe lift to prevent tripping
