Gets in the pressure point
I was using a tennis ball for my back spams but it wasn’t hard enough and too large to really get in the muscle. These balls so the trick and really get in their to relax the muscle and relieve pain. So worth it!

Good for Back Pain Relief!
This is my first time using this massage ball set, and it works amazingly well! The firmness is just right, allowing it to penetrate deep into the muscles, especially helping to relieve the soreness in my back.

The balls are made of a high-quality rubber that feels great on the skin, and they're the perfect size for targeting specific areas. Using them to massage my shoulders and back after a my shoulder surgery from plenty of beach volleyball. They are very similar to the one I was using at the physical therapy place.

Too hard, no give.Of course, you can still use them, just be gentle with yourself.
