If you have neckaches, this may be the device for you. The back and neck warm up. You lay on the pad and get a nice massage on your legs, back, booty and neck. The airbags push you up for nice warm stretch. There is an Auto, Twist, Flow and Stretch option. Each one is nice. I like Twist. Regarding your neck, there is the option to just use the Neck airbag. Sometimes I don't want the full massage. It is wonderful. The neck bag stretches from side to side. It pinches the back of your neck and uses small movements. My headaches are gone after a few minutes. I pair it with my massage face airbag mask with heat. You feel relaxed like you came out of a massage. I compared 3 of these mats and this one is the best. And you can roll it up into a carrying case and take it anywhere. I highly recommend this mat.

We purchased this product to take on vacation with us and planned on using it after the long drive we had, and it did not disappoint us. Unpacking and setting up the massage mat was simple, and we really liked the convenience of how the mat folded up for easy transport or storage. The mat did an excellent job of massaging, and has several different preset modes that you can use. You can also manually select the type of massage you want to include option heat. Our favorite modes were stretch and twist, which was similar to how a chiropractor preps your neck or back just before an adjustment. Our only suggestion to make it better would be to add vibration to the mat. Overall, we give this product a 5-star rating and highly recommend it!

This is a great massager , it twists and screeches at same time warps up sore mussels. IT is for sure worth it and recommend it.

I was going back and forth between a Shiasu massage chair from another competitor so I got both. I am sending back the competitors massage chair and the full body massage mat is a keeper. Have fallen asleep while using it. It's that relaxing. One thing to note is that you should use the Auto setting at first as you need to get used to it. The other setting may seem a little intense (you can change the intensity setting for each protocol , neck, back, etc...). The auto setting runs through all the different settings. You can change intensity for the auto setting as well. Bottom line is this is a well made product and I use it daily.

When I first received it I did not know how much I was going to love this massager. At first glance I did not think I was going to fit properly being a plus size woman. That did not matter. This Massager managed to get into every nook and cranny! The heat feels great. The pressure has 3 settings..for me I like the first setting. Just the right amount of pressure. Overall this massager is great and relieves my pain. For the price it is truly worth it.

Wonderful alternative to shiatsu massagers, as it provides full body stretches and twists, with heat in just the place and intensity. The auto function is still my favorite, giving a complete body program by simply pressing the on button. While bed or floor placement is recommended, I can use it on my (not quite flat) recliner without a problem. It took some experimenting with my position on the mat for the most beneficial action. At 5'8", best for me is hips between lower airbags, with neck bags at lowest position.In all, can highly recommend, even hubby loves it.

Great concept, especially for those of us who've had back surgery with orthopedic hardware. However, the quality seems to be low. Besides the fact that it quit working within 5 uses, the materials seem to be questionable. Typical Chinese craftsmanship, less bang for your buck.
