I was pleased to see that this 50g container of shilajit resin came with a small metal measuring spoon but I suspected initially that this might not be genuine, pure shilajit resin as it was far runnier than I had ever experienced and I have tried lots.However, it tastes genuine. I prefer to have it neat although it does dissolve well in water.Included with the container is an analysis report detailing the various tests and levels found so this is reassuring.Happy to recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. Great supplement for mens. After one week I feel I have more power. The smell and taste is horrible when you drink in on his own. Easy to dissolve in watter but some improvement needed. The tiny shovel is handy but could be longer and foldable ideally but I like that you can hang it on the cup nice idea. The plastic lid has very small pulling plastic part and sometimes it is nightmare to open it. But the performance is great and will be using it going forward. It is great value for money as you do not need much. Energy boost. Thank you and recommended to everyone.

Absolutely a waste of money, nothing changed at all, it taste like charcoal. And caused me a very upset stomach and cramps. It leaked all around the top and the lid everytime I opened it a left a black tar like residue on my fingers and worktop.£35.00 I'll never get back

I’ve been using different brands of shilajit for almost a year now and for me at least, it’s now an essential. The benefits to my health and well-being far outweigh the cost.As with most of the other shilajit variations I've tried, this stuff looks like tar. I don’t bother with the usual recommendation of mixing with a warm drink. For me, it’s too much of a faff that I really can’t be bothered with. That’s not a criticism of this product, it’s all of the variations I’ve tried. I simply drop the required amount onto my tongue and let it dissolve. I’m at the stage now where the taste is bizarrely quite enjoyable and I’ve come to look forward to it. It’s a bit like marmite, I guess; love it or hate it.When not in use, keep the jar upright otherwise it slowly creeps into the rim and over the inside of the lid. Not the end of the world but creates an unnecessarily messy jar and is a waste. Also, if you find yourself then not using it for a few days, you'll need forearms like a rock climber to open the lid!I take mine first thing in the morning and within half an hour, my focus is bang on. I have way more energy in the gym and I’m sleeping better at night.I can't comment on any positive effects over brain fog, stress or anxiety because I don't suffer with any of them. However, in the four months I’ve been taking this I haven’t gotten sick.For the positive effects on my focus and sleep quality alone (and potentially my immune system), I have no hesitation recommend this stuff.

Had to put this in the fridge because the consistency it came in was literally just liquid, I can't really tell if this is pure because the ones I've used in the past are a thick sticky consistency, this is just liquid and if you tilt it, it will spill everywhere. Dissolves alright though, it's not pungent however. Not sure but we'll take it everyday and see how it goes.

A small spoon is supplied to help you take the correct dosage.This Shilajit is strong (82%) and, being from the earth itself, has a bitter, very resinous taste. I have had shilajits that are almost flowery and quite fluid but it's hard to give those credibility. This one is as thick and as dark as axle grease.I have found it very helpful. I put the measured amount into my mouth and see how long I can take to dissolve it. Making a game like this distracts me from the acridity. I feel stronger and more solid for taking this Shilajit and enjoy calmer sleep. It seems expensive but the dosage is so small and the benefits so great that it is a fair price for what it gives. I fully recommend it.
