Nice mat, plenty of room for stuff and folds up nice. Beware it stinks when removing from bag but left out for a few days the odor went away. Nice quality for around $9? Would buy again. Oh and like the protective anti-static wrist strap with outlet plug.

Super useful. Was building a computer with my son and this may not only helped by being anti static but all the different separated compartments allowed me to organize all the little screws without losing them.

It is small enough to roll up and put away and quickly grab when I have a project. I used this when I replaced the SSD in my son's Steam Deck and then later when I built a PC for my other son. this helped keep things from sliding and getting away from me and all the nooks around the edges were great for holding screws and small tools. I would have preferred a longer and not coiled cord for connecting the pad to ground. I appreciated the alligator clips when I got to the point of installing everything into the PC case because I was able to clip the ground straight to the case and then my wrist strap to the case since at that point the pad was relatively small compared to the case.

I wish I would have got this a long time ago. It is awesome. You can organize a ton of parts and it has magnets! Super durable material and is not to thick to roll up. Easy to clean and comes with anti-static bracelet plug-in to save your electronics from jolts of static.

Note the size for your purposes. It is smaller than some work bench units that I have used in my professional past, this one being near a desk pad size which is exactly what I wanted.
