OspreyDaylite Shoulder Sling Bag, Tan Concrete

I was using a SCOTTeVEST for work trips but was finding that it is uncomfortable to wear in such small airplane seats with all the items I want to retain with me in my seat to travel comfortably. I was looking for an alternative and since I already travel with an Osprey Porter 30 as my carry on, I decided to look at the company’s other offerings. I found this and decided to give it a try. Everything that I’m carrying in my vest fits in this sling bag. While my Porter 30 is the overhead, I had access to all my items such as a one liter bottle of Aquafina water, a 12 oz orange juice, Apple AirPods Pro, portable battery charger, airline seat phone mount, stylus pen, Chapstick, Vicks Vapo-Inhaler, packets of Splenda, my wallet, work credentials, work iPhone, and a can of Copenhagen. My travel experience improved significantly and I am able to sit in my economy airline seat comfortably. The vest was cool and still works for keeping warm but with all that I carry, it started to feel like a drag. Plus now without out the vest, I don’t have all these strangers approaching me and pestering me about whether I am going on a fishing trip, which I am not ever going to. Sure the vest is a conversation starter to talk about fishing but I don’t partake in that. This Osprey sling is now my second carry on in addition to my Porter 30. There are two pockets with dual zippers and a zip up pocket on the sling. I am able to wear this comfortably with the main body on chest while wearing my Porter 30 on my back. It is a 5 liter size, so keep that in mind. The materials appear to be of high quality and I am very satisfied that I bought this. Looking forward to using on all my trips. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome bag. I use it everyday day, opening and closing the zippers constantly without issue. I love how compact it is even though it holds a good bit of stuff.. It has a type of clam shell design so it lays flat. The materials and stitching are top notch and appears to be very well built. I feel like I will use this bag for a very long time. So far no regrets.

I use this as my purse. I originally ordered it for a trip to Orlando knowing I didn’t want an actual purse during amusement parks. The quality is great, and I love the versatility of ways to wear it. I was able to fit quite a lot as the storage capacity is bigger than I thought. It’s super lightweight and I didn’t have any issues at the airport or parks!

Convenient, well-made and good-looking bag to carry your items up like wallet and phone, an extra shirt, notepad, and a small water bottle. Being able to flip it from back to front is useful as is moving the strap attachment point. I wish Osprey had added one exterior mesh pocket for a small water bottle or snack.

PERFECT! Roomier than I thought and my husband was able to clear his pockets completely! Weight was very, very light and slim against the body.

Beat on this guy daily for ccw and other kid and it’s held up great. Color is okay I wish they had more options but it’s a great size, some pockets for use, zippers are superb. Nothing to complain on.

Nice bag good quality. The strap is just a bit to small for a person my size. Do like the zippers and zipper pulls. Color is nice and hard to stain just not a fan of the strap
