The middle of the bar is held together by screws so they can ship it in a smaller box and in two parts. It does not hold my weight properly (199 lbs). Also, the rubber pad made it slip off the door frame, and I fell to the floor. I removed the rubber pad and it worked perfectly...except for that screw part. Fine for lighter people. I gave it to my nephew who weighs less than me.

This is great! I got it for my 9 year old son. He enjoys it. It's a nice break between activities.
