Same ratio of active ingredients as Ovasitol, but with vitamin D3 and B9 added. Ovasitol costs 49¢ per day, this brand is 99¢ a day. Capsules are easy and convenient to take, but I do enjoy the mildly sweet water mix when making Ovasitol.Regardless of either brand, I do find inositol to be effective. It helped me feel satiety while eating for the first time, rather than stopping because I’m too full. It was my first step and a strong ally in training my body out of binge eating disorder. That said, it’s not gonna swipe your hand away from the cookie jar, you have to put the work and discipline in too.

This supplement provides excellent hormonal support with transparency. A serving is 3 capsules. I prefer to split this dose throughout the day. It doesn't upset mt stomach or cause any notable negative effects. The ingredients fit the profile I was told to look for, and I appreciate that this includes vitamins and folate, too, enabling me to take fewer pills day (eliminating the need for separate D and folate supplements I typically take).

A nice product but is there a reason that most of these supplements have 3 or more capsules to take for a daily recommendation? Seems like a lot. It works but still, not a fan of taking more than 1 or two at a time. It seems that many of the hormonal/women’s health supplements need 3 or more.

I take this supplement as prescribed. I haven't had any stomach irritation, and there is no funny aftertaste. I usually take it in the morning on an empty stomach.

I went through the full month of this, taking this as a part of my regimen of supplements in an effort to conceive during perimenopause at 39. While this is only a supplement, this not FDA approved to treat or cure any kind of disease or condition, this made a noticeable difference in my cycle! My cervical fluid returned to normal throughout the cycle, and my libido returned! I had gone several cycles with vaginal dryness and no fertile cervical fluid, so the effect was immediate and surprising. I haven’t been able to get another bottle yet, but will be doing so as soon as possible. Highly recommend for any woman trying to conceive during perimenopause!

I ordered this supplement for the description that it helps reduce the symptoms of the PCOS traits. I got these for my daughter to try. According to the description, it says it REDUCE PCOS SYMPTOMS and has a perfect 40:1 ratio of Myo and D-Chiro Inositol.The bottle is safety sealed. The writing is not the best choice because it is a little hard to read with the background. The instructions are clear. This has a month supply, easy to swallow capsules. And price point at under a $1 a day. If it works properly it will be an acceptable price. Supplements take a while to have a noticeable effect, but there was no upset stomach or noticeable negative effects.

I've been taking another brand of this supplement. I just had to try this one. I definitely feel the difference in my hormones. I highly recomend.
