This headset is so convenient. Pulling the speaker up to mute is easier than pressing a button. The battery life is great, lasts for days and I use the headset for many hrs of the day. Overall a great purchase.

I purchased this headset to replace another that finally would not hold a charge (sent that back to Amazon for credit). The headset is great. It starts up when I fire up my computer every morning and immediately connects to phone calls when I press the answer button. I sound that I receive from videos or phone are very clear and good volume control. I ask my customers how they are receiving my phone calls and everyone of them states that my voice comes through nice and clear. Very pleased with the headset and especially for the price.

This headset gets me through sometimes 10-12 hour shifts. I set it on the charger each night, use all day without the need to charge again. One of my best Amazon purchases.

Comfort and Sound quality good.But 1 star as the mic has severe issues in relation to Teams running under Windows: many times it cannot route audio. Sometimes it works.Also mute doesnt work: when muting the mic, also headphones get muted so you dont hear anything anymore. I cannot mute the mic only and continue to listen to a conference, which is the basic mute functionality for any headset.Same issues are not observed under Android and it works fine with Android. But i bought it for the sole purpose of Windows & Teams.

The product is excellent in keeping out background noise and clarity when speaking to clients on sales calls. The one drawback is it easily falls off your head with sudden movements

I bought this because I felt it was a professional product. Primarily due to it coming from a company that sells many headsets used in business. It is also using Bluetooth version 5.2, which offers significant improvements over 5.0/5.1 especially when it comes to latency. I also was pleased to discover that you can plug it in using the USB cable and stop using Bluetooth when you wish to - for those worried about using Bluetooth for an extended period of time. There is also an interesting option in the software to reduce its range.I have an ongoing issue related to my use of Zoom and VoiceMeeter. Unlike my old headset (based on 5.0), when there is audio corruption online, it DOESN'T cut out or produce garbled audio until restarted. It appears to just recovers itself and start receiving good audio again. So it feels like a robust product. Tests with LatencyMon in Windows 10, show that this has NO ISSUES compared to my previous Headset. Note, I do have a powerful but old PC.
