Product is not worth for 22k, the build quality is very low. outer panels plastic are very low grade. Not recommended

Service wise - good job & satisfied
Overall nice experience and I'm satisfied with the team attending phone calls and installation also went well. Let's see how it will go down the line .

Lots of water wastage and leak issues
The machine has given issues within a week of installation. The water taste changed, and the technician came and could bring the TDS back to a certain level. But still it is taking very very slow to fill the tank. 13 glasses of water getting wasted to fill one glass of water. The tank is very small so it needs constant refilling. Contacted customer support. It is been 10 days and absolutely no action from them. Regret moving from Kent to Aquaguard.

This is my 2nd purchase of a Eureka Forbes filter. It's working fine for now.I would have been happier if it had a tds controller on the body itself rather than inside like GENIUS model.Rest are ok.
