Great for Toning and Easy to Use at Home.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Pilates ring because I wanted something simple to help me get back in shape and tone up, especially around my thighs and arms. It’s lightweight but has just the right resistance. I use it during quick workouts at home, and it’s surprisingly effective! Doesn’t take up space, and the grips make it comfortable to hold between the legs or squeeze with your hands. OK pilates ring. You can see it is cheaply made, but for £7, I could not ask for a wonderful item. Will see how long it lasts.
