The media could not be loaded. Very strong sturdy blow dryer that truly is much easier to use then a separate blow dryer and brush. Takes just a few minutes to turn on and heat up. The device will beep once when turned on and then will beep again when ready. It comes with a holder/sleeve for storage that is heat resistant so you can lay the hot device on it with no problems. I use this on my wet hair and I get a great blowout that leaves my hair so smooth and lightweight. No pulling or tangling with this dryer. One negative is this is a very heavy dryer, my arms do get tired pretty quickly and I have to switch hands often. Also, don't plan on listening to any music or tv when this device is on, it's very very loud and drowns out any sound.

I have fallen in LOVE with this dryer/hair tool. I used my AirWrap for years with very long, butt-length hair but felt it failed to give me the volume I needed after I cut it to a bob. Not only does this tool give me a sleek yet voluminous bob every single time, the styling is done in under 15 minutes. One added bonus is that it is much less noisy than typical blow dryers. My only pain point is that it isn’t ideal for hair that is very wet, so if you are in a pinch during your styling time, I recommend hitting your hair with a traditional dryer until it is more damp than wet before using the Duet.

I’ve tried nearly every blowdry brush on the market, and the GHD Duet was hands-down the best — at least for the first five months. Sleek results, faster styling, minimal heat damage. I was _thrilled_.Then suddenly, it just stopped working. It turns on, starts heating, then beeps and shuts off. I’ve been meticulous about cleaning and maintaining it, but no dice. After doing a ton of research, it seems I’m not alone — and worse, there’s no fix.Unfortunately, I didn’t register the product, and I removed the tag on the cord, which apparently disqualifies it from warranty coverage. So I’m now out $400.Bottom line: if you buy this tool, **register it immediately** and **keep all original parts/tags**. Because if it fails, you’ll have no recourse. Great while it lasted — but too expensive to be this unreliable.

I have naturally wavy/curly hair that even after a blowout needs additional heat, including a flat iron and curling iron to keep it sleek and frizz free. I've been looking for something that won't flatten the volume and minimizes heat damage. I have literally tried them all, including several blow-dry brushes (Revlon, Drybar, etc), thermal brushes, large barrel curling irons, standard round brush and dryer, etc.This GHD Duet Blowdry is AMAZING. I did not need any other styling tool except this one to achieve the blow-out look I wanted (big, bouncy, 90s supermodel). Blow-drying took longer than a standard round brush and dryer combo or blow-dry brush, but I saved so much time by eliminating the other styling steps. Tip: I use Color Wow Dreamcoat and Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer.
