Tommy Hilfiger Unisex 21L Monroe Laptop Backpack

I got this bag 2 months ago and within 15 days I started facing issue with the small compartment zip and not both the small and the middle compartment are not easily accessible due to bad zip quality.Very unhappy with the product.
