Problem resolved “New” Laptop has another user on it!!
Update: The seller immediately sent a replacement and we are pleased with the product. I do recommend them for an affordable device. Customer service was good and communication continued until and after we got the replacement.Everything was great with ordering, delivery and packaging. Set up was easy. It went thru the normal set up..select English, establish account/password; just like a new laptop…when I turned it back on I was surprised to see a user profile for “Walter”?!! I am not pleased and will reach out to seller and or return if I can’t clear the data😒

Charger did np/ot work.
Computer was working fine until battery died because charger was not working. My only option was to return it. The return label stated that it may take up to 30 days for the return money to be credited.Now I will need to take the computer to a repair shop to charge it so I can wipe it for the return. Only used it 3 days.

Nice for the price
I was looking for an affordable laptop for my daughter. This one is pretty good.It is a 15.6 inches one which is a perfect size as per me.Battery life is very impressive. It is good almost for 6 hours.This laptop has a powerful 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.The HD screen showcase vivid images and colors. It will be great for my daughter's art activities.It is already installed with windows 11 and have access to the latest features. Allover this is a very affordable laptop as per me.

Powerful laptop for the money
So happy with this laptop so far. Very responsive and the battery is really good. Had it running for 8 hours solid until I needed to charge. Very very happy with this laptop and save a ton of money. Highly recommend it💯

Good solid machine at a great price
This is a good solid and very well priced machine. I needed something to replace my Lenovo ThinkPad, which I really liked a lot, but did not want to spend the money for. This machine met all of my needs, which includes running a small private practice. It manages my files, treatment, notes, and billing with great ease. It streams well and has a good size memory. My needs were pretty minimal and this is meeting them all. I’m not quite sure how I did it, but I think it was through Microsoft 360, this made the transition from my old computer to this computer seamless. All passwords and files transferred without me having to do anything which was quite the gift.

Super flimsy
I'm disappointed in the quality. Keyboard sounds and feels look a toy computer. Reached out to company but no response. Find a better option.

very happy with this laptop
The media could not be loaded. When I bought this, I was little nerves as its a present for my son who is a sophomore at high school as a holidays present and he loves it, its light weight so he can carry to his school every day. it works relay well, speed is great and the visuals are very colorful, overall a great holiday present for him.It was delivered next day and came in with very nicely secured packaging. overall a great experience and great price.
