How small?
If you are unfortunate enough to have real, full bladder incontinence, these definitely aren't for you, they are so small I can't actually believe they are intended for adults at all let alone as advertised, incontinent adults, had to wash every I was wearing, including rubber covering pants, can't say for dribbles as I'm not fortunate enough to have that problem.

Half as thick as before
After not being available for a while they are now back in stock, tape is wider but the pads are thinner making them not as absorbant as the packaging suggests. Pad leaked with a small amount running down my leg. Very disappointed as they used to be thicker.

Just had a prostate operation so needed these. Not at all bulky and did the job for me.Also great value for money.I saw on some reviews that the sticky tape wasn’t that good. I didn’t find this at all, they stayed in place until I changed the pad. I do wear more hugging underwear and think that makes a difference.
