My daughter is 7 and has been through several different play make up kits over the years. This is our favorite one! It was more expensive but worth it!

I took a chance on something that wasn't reviewed much and it was so worth the risk!!! Very well made. Offers a lot of cute accessories with lots of details and my daughter was thrilled and played with it all night and took the set to bed with her. The bag is quilted and very well made and the wooden toys are so cute and durable with great lids and floral details and " little woman" written on some of the bottles like the perfume and lotion. It looks just like the photos and I just think this set is an incredible steal! The makeup brushes are full and plush and the mascara tube is so realistic...just can't say enough how great a find this was and so cute!

Got this as a birthday gift for my 6 yo, who requested "Play Makeup". I love that the set was wooden and not plastic. Came with the usual lipstick, etc. but also had cute extras like a perfume bottle and nail polish! There's no tiny pieces for her little hands to lose, and nothing messy. Just a cute make believe makeup toy! I'm very pleased with this purchase, and so is she!

I love getting wooden toys to add to my kids collection. We have a playroom, and have tons of wooden toys in there, Montessori style. I've been replacing any plastic toys with a wooden alternative, as well as obtaining more wooden, creative play for my kids to enjoy.My 4 yr old has real kid makeup sets, so her sister sees that and wants to join in. She is only 2 so still too little for the real stuff. I saw this wooden play makeup set and figured it would be perfect for her so she could be like sissy but pretend.She really likes it and will come over to me pretending to do my makeup like she sees her sissy do. She'll put the brushes on my face and use the comb on me, she really loves it. She'll pretend to put the makeup on herself as well. It's adorable. I love this set and all it has to offer, and so do my kids.

I'm amazed by this set. It is so adorable and well-made. The wood and paintings are high quality. It is so cute and comprehensive. I was amazed at how my daughter knew exactly what all the pieces did. I love that many of the pieces open, like the mascara and lipstick. I do wish the perfume bottle opened. The brushes are nice as well, especially for play brushes. The bristles are soft, even in length, and stay in place perfectly. I'm in awe of this, truly.

This product is perfect for my daughter who loves "putting on makeup." At 2, she is way too young to put on actual makeup, but she loves pretending. This set has so many cute products. I wish my makeup bag had this many things! Everything feels like good quality and she hasn't broken any pieces. My only critique is that she did close her finger once in the compact toy, but she was fine. That kind of thing could probably happen with any toy that comes with a compact, though. I would definitely recommend this product!

This set has become my daughter's makeup kit for my car so she can "do her face in the morning" on the way to school. She uses it every morning and its survived that on top of being thrown around my car and lost between the seats. I love the quality of the pieces in this set but do wish the paint didn't come off so easily if a piece ends up being bitten.
