Excellent Product. Difficult Packaging.
We use these ladyfingers often to make homemade tiramisu. They have excellent texture and flavor, but they are often broken into may pieces within the packaging.

I'd only use them to make desserts
I'm from NJ and love Italian cookies. These, however, are ok. They're light and airy but taste kinda bland. They're good for making desserts with. I gotta find another use for them.I do very much appreciate the ingredients. No junk. And $40 for 6 - that's steep.

Not bad
I have someone who needs gluten free stuff and as a snack, he enjoyed them. They're a little dry so would probably be better baking with them instead of just eating out right. But not bad

Great for Tiramisu
My bad. When I ordered these, I thought I would get creme-filled Vienna Fingers cookies. Wrong product. These Ladyfingers are crispy on the outside and softer on the inside. They're not very sweet. My wife likes to enjoy them by dunking them in milk or coffee. They're ideal for making Tiramisu as dessert. For those of you keeping score, here's the breakdown:Flavor- BValue- B-Overall Grade: B-

Viable gluten-free substitute for traditional ladyfingers.
This review is for the Schar Certified Gluten-Free Ladyfingers 7.1oz 6-pack. Ladyfingers are light and airy cookies that absorb liquids like coffee, liqueur, etc. They're also a key ingredient in making tiramisu and some cakes, where they help add structure and texture. Traditional ladyfingers are lactose-free but not gluten-free since they're made with wheat flour, so these are a great substitution for making gluten-free dessert variations or potentially just general snacking when paired with afternoon tea. In my opinion, these snacks aren't meant to be eaten plain.Notes:1) It seems that your mileage may vary, but these arrived mostly intact.
