Just as pictured. The flat part is kind of a stiffer foam. It comes out and the bumper part also comes out itās a long tube of material. I got it trying to see if it would help my baby sleep. Heās picky but it was still useful.

My baby loves this!
This has been a life saver for me! My baby will not sleep unless he is in this. The breathable material makes me feel comfortable letting baby sleep in this at night in the bassinet. My only complaint is that once you wash the cover it becomes really hard to put back together and does not stay zipped but I put up with it because of how much my baby loves it.
