This product should be in contention for being one of the worst wearable gadgets in the market. I’ve been using mine in conjunction with an Apple Watch Ultra for over a month and here’s why you shouldn’t cheap out and buy something else:1. Interface : glitchy. Once the app starts syncing with the ring, you can’t scroll or do anything else.2. Steps : on an average, recorded 60% of my phone/watch data. Even when in workout mode, the phone and watch recorded nearly the same amount of steps. Even when compared to apps like Strava, the ring was inaccurate.3. Sleep : I think this feature was a parody addition to the ring. If at all you get up while you’re sleeping, the ring stopped recording any further data once you go back to sleep. Secondly, it doesn’t record any afternoon naps at all.3. O2/Stress : Another heavy deviation from Apple Watch data. Highly inaccurate.4. Battery/Charging : the only decent/good part of the ring. A full charge gets you 2 days of usage when set on maximum logging/recording. The case has an inbuilt battery which made charging on the go convenient.Overall, a sad product and poor interface. The hardware seems good but pathetic software and app interface. Seems like developers are more keen on cross selling their other products on the app than actually focusing on measuring health vitals.I do not recommend this product at all.

This product has got so much negative rating due to boat app. The app is not made properly and can't really sync the ring data.I will suggest to use Q ring app and it shows the data correctly. The ring works flawlessly with this Q ring app. Data not syncing type issue is not present with this app.The ring is light weight, good looking specially the black colour, very good battery backup and most importantly this is wear and forget type gadget which is best for viral tracking.I have bought size 8 which is very small and fitted my pinky.You can choose your size from jewellery shop, get the size convert to mm and order as per that.

I purchased the 71-64 mm size Boat Smart Ring on 7th August 2024 and was initially impressed with its performance, which gave the impression of a well-built product. However, within just one month of usage, significant issues began to surface. The most prominent problem was the battery, which started draining almost immediately after the ring was removed from its charging case, rendering it practically unusable.This experience has been highly frustrating, and I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product. It has been a complete waste of time and energy, especially given the lack of post-purchase support and accountability from Boat. A brand of this stature should prioritize customer service and product reliability, but sadly, my experience has been the opposite.

Good budget smart ring. 90% accurate in heart rate and SpO2. But steps count is accurate while activity tracking. I am giving 5 star for Ring.But for the boAt Crest app I am giving 2 star only. Because the app no giving notification about abnormal vitals. Like High/Low heart rate, Low SpO2 and High stress.

In the initial days the ring functioned well which gave a sense of good product . But within 1 month of use , issues started to pop up. Issues like battery , connectivity. I tried to reach out to the boat service station , where I was told I am supposed to logged complaint through Boat Lifestyle website . I did logged complaint from there website but there after I got a msg stating the product complaint logged and the name mentioned in the invoice is not matching . This issue is being not resolved from last 2 months .I would suggest anyone not to buy this product as it’s totally waste of time and engery as you will be stuck when you don’t get any support from Boat.Very thought will experience this kind of response from Boat .

The Product looks good on first glance and the battery life and case are good aspects but it does not track steps or sleep very well.If I'm on my bed for 1 hour before sleeping, it counts that in the sleep time.I've also found it counting steps incorrectly and to count steps even when I'm in a moving vehicle.I wish it was at least 70-80% effective in tracking but I don't trust it's tracking now so it's become a fancy accessory for me.

I would like to share about the Boat Smartring which I bought yesterday.With the price range Boat is offering as compared to other brands I would like to say that they are OUTSTANDING JOB👍👍👍.The battery after charging (charged to 100%) after delivery but in the price range as compared to other brands I would LIKE TO SAY THAT BOAT IS DOING EXCELLENT JOB.If the BOAT can incorporate a feature whereby we can link our smart phones fitness applications (being it Apple or Samsung which are are famous in the market) it that be would be beneficial because at the moment we can link the smart ring only to Google fit & STRAVA screenshot attached.In the end appreciate BOAT of working so hard to compete in the competition….::..ALL THE BESTBut just remember to incorporate the features I have mentioned than NO ONE CAN stop U
