These socks are very thin and fit well in my dress shoes. The different designs in the material are so cute and add an element of style. I wear these with dress pants, as I prefer pantyhose with dresses. I don't care for the frill at the top, as it looks more juvenile than I thought it would. For younger girls, these would nice with a pair of Mary Jane's. I wear size 9.5 shoes, and the fit is great. There is the right amount of stretch to keep these up comfortably without digging in. I wish the pack had included more colors like navy, brown, and beige instead of just black and white, but the value still isn't bad for the high quality.

Although these socks are very thin they are not soft at all. Since they are advertised as being cotton, I expected them to be very soft. They feel more like nylon.
