I used these gnocchi in my copycat Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi Soup. They were great! Love the small size!

They were delicious and easy to prepare. But the only reason I bought them was because they claimed to be "wheat free". Within 15 minutes of eating my dinner, it was really obvious they are not wheat free.

These gnocchi are really tasty, and they only take two or three minutes to cook. If you like them a little more chewy, you can always fry them in butter after you boil them. Top them with the sauce of your choice, and you have a side or meal that takes even less time to prepare than boxed spaghetti. Highly recommend!

Your product headline says Wheat Free, I ordered this product and received it and it in fact has wheat in it and I cannot return it. I would like my money back

The best thing about this mini gnocchi is that it can be ready in only 2-3 minutes. The worst thing about this mini gnocchi is that each package contains 2,700 grams of sodium. The label suggests each package will provide 3 servings at 900 grams of sodium per serving. The cooking instructions state to add more salt to the boiling water, which I did not do. The taste and texture of the gnocchi is mild and quite similar to al dente white pasta. I added olive oil, garlic, and basil to a small test amount and meat sauce to a second test dish. Both were tasty but of course the meat sauce increased the sodium level. Despite the convenience and good taste of this product, I will not reorder due to the unacceptably high sodium content.

My wife loves Gnocchi, but my kids are not big fans of it (5 and 7). We made a simple Gnocchi, sausage and light tomato dish and it was delicious. the kids even devoured their portion and did not complain, and that is saying something.

This gnocchi is so dang good. The taste and texture are fantastic, and it cooks very quickly. I can have a hot meal in under 5 minutes - and that's including making a sauce for it.This is perfect for carrying with you to work, assuming they let you have a little hot pot at your desk. At around $2.75 a pack, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than ordering takeout.

These are so yummy! They only take 2-3 minutes to cook, so they’re awesome for a quick meal. My kids ate them with some butter and sour cream and I ate some with pasta sauce. I’m excited to try them out in some soup as well! The packages are a good size for 3-4 people.
