good quality, comfortable and easy to assemble.

This chair is not light, it is solid and seems reliabnle, time will tel for that, but I am delighted with its comfort and ease of use.Very simple to assemble.Highly recomended chair.

The only fault I can find is the legrest , which I shall not use much. It assembled quite easily. I only needed help with fixing the bottom to the seat. It is a very nice chair and I am very happy with it..

This was damaged on arrival - the plastic cover on the wheel base was snapped & this is due to no protection in the shipping box so all the metal parts bang against each other.The leg rest bar was also scratched and bent on the arms, so it doesn’t slide smoothly in and out.If you are a smaller person, the height of the chair may be an issue for you & you will need to buy a foot stool as the chair doesn’t lower enough.The chair itself is really comfy for working in & you can sit cross legged in it.It is difficult to adjust the back recline - you may need help if you are small as you can’t reach the handle and lean back with enough force to recline.There was also 1 screw missing & an odd sized screw which didn’t match any of the others. There were no spares supplied.The lumber pillow could do with a strap/velcro to secure it in the correct place.Seller did offer a return but it’s over 25kg, is a very sizeable box so is difficult for a small person to lift never mind get in/out of a vehicle. It was parcelshop drop off only so I could not return it.We had £50 off this chair & returning and reordering meant we would no longer get the discount as there was no offer for a replacement or simply a replacement part.

Great chair. Can't complain. And very easy to put together

Easy to assemble and parts are fairly well made. Not particularly ergonomic but fairly comfy, biggest downside is the arms are too high and hit the desk. I have removed them for now (which helps) I will 3d print some spacers to drop them down 20mm which should fix the issue.
