Although listed on Amazon as Jean Lowe Ombre, this is now sold as Jean Lowe Noir, as far as my research shows these are the same fragrance and its just a packaging / naming change.The packaging is a bit of a mixed bag, the outer box feels cheap to me, its thin and has a budget-brand feel to it, the second cylinder box is much more premium and has a luxurious style to it, the bottle takes it's design inspiration from the LV Ombre Nomade it's trying to imitate, this isn't a bad thing, it looks pleasing, isn't gaudy like a lot of the "close" house fragrances, the bottle is weighty and solid and comes with a magnetic cap (FYI: this is not strong enough to lift the bottle with, so be careful).As far as the fragrance goes, to me it's a mix on the popular Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade and a splash of Tom Ford's Ombre Leather, it's rich, with a strong leather note and has a reoccurring waft of oud, the fragrance takes a while to settle through this initial stage (which can be overpowering if you over spray). Once it has settled you start to get more of the sweetness and florals, this is where the scent shines the most and where you are going to get the most compliments. As it progresses beyond the mid notes it settles into a dark and ambery scent, much closer to the skin than through the opening and mid tones.The scent has an evening vibe to me, and will likely be more suited to cooler climates / seasons, it's strong and not for the feint of heart, it's a bold and powerful scent with "beast" like projection meaning it might not be small office space safe (spray with caution! I over sprayed and the confined space of my car during the drive to work was overpowering!!), the longevity is easily all day, with at least a minimum of 10-12 hours on skin (I'm still getting it some 16-20 hours later on clothing, and it smells better than when it was first sprayed).It's a great fragrance if you enjoy a darker, more mature scent (30's/40's and up imo - not saying someone in their late-teens and 20's couldn't wear this, but its a long way away from the sweet, fresh clubbing type fragrances you'll find aimed at that demography), personally this is quite an acquired taste, if you are unsure it might not be a safe blind buy (try to get your nose on TF's Ombre Leather as it should be available on the Highstreet, this will give you the vibe of what this fragrance is about even though its not a 1 for 1 match).Overall, for its price point and taking into consideration its performance its an easy 5/5 for me.

The package looks fantastic , but unfortunately thr smell is not. It smells as if u r in fuel station, u only smell diesel, no other notes could be smelt at all.The other downside, is the return and refund system , u have to pay for the return and is complex way not like the usual amazon returns , also , I have not received the refund so far even after 3 weeks of returning the product.My advice , dont but this product

The media could not be loaded. It's a completely unacceptable smell. It gives me a terrible headache. It also gives my colleagues an unbearable smell. It's a waste of my money and time. I sent it back, I don't know if I will get the refund

A cross between LV Ombré Nomade and Tom Ford Leather - certainly makes you stand out from the crowd🥳 Bought for my husband and loads of compliments wherever he goes! Quite strong so spray with caution as lasts at least 10 hours!! Smells nicer (sweeter) the longer you’ve had it on; it mellows! Absolutely love it and now that his genuine Louis Vuitton is running low, no need to spend another £320 to buy another 😁
