I bought this seat to get relief from back pain and stiffness while driving my sedan.The seat in my car is a bucket seat and of late whenever I drove my car I got the back stiffness / pain.I tried using regular cushion but was not getting any relief.So I went for the Grin Health advance orthopedic "Coccyx Plus" seat cushion with suggestions from friends and my doctor to try memory foam seat even though it was quite expensive.It came packed in a carry bag with a zip.The seat is made of memory foam and is covered with a mesh like fabric.The seat is moulded and gives adequate support to the thighs and lower back.It has a hole towards the tail bone side to create a no contact area to give relief to the tail bone.The seat itself has a handle to carry it like a brief case if you wish to take it along for use in office or home also.It is quite lightweight also.The seat is very well finished and has perfect stitching.But one thing is strange that the mesh cover has zip running all along the edges but even if you unzip it completely it can't be removed as the fabric is stuck around the hole in the seat. So washing the cover is not possible. I cannot understand, Why the zip was attached in first place ?Anyway, I do get relief when I use it in the car especially .So this is effective. This gives comfort and fits the car seat and office chair very well.My posture has also improved.I bought it for 3490 but at the time of writing the review the price had dropped to 2990; very upset that I didn't get this deal 😔Their competitor brand is selling the similar looking product for far less at 1999 and this option was not available when I was looking for this kind of seat. The seat looks exactly like this but I can't say any thing about the quality of memory foam inside. So choose wisely.Some people get relief with hard support so you need to try the right density. Grin Health has been in business for about 15 years, Most of the products available in market are 1st time in india by Grin Health so far i know for sure, Later many other sellers copy and start selling sa6me types of products,But, Grin Health offers superior quality & all of this while providing excellent customer service and friendly support.If anyone has issues with their product I recommend that it is better to approach Grin Health directly.

The memory foam was good but the handle to hold was damaged

I was suffering with piriformis syndrome and was not able to seat more than 30 min and tried many sitting cushion, but after use of some time it was not helping much.Grin Health sitting cushion although may bit costlier compare to other product but quality really worth it.After use of 2 weeks I really found it reducing pressure on lower back and hip very well while sitting and provide great relief. Strongly recommend it who have similar problems.Grin Health have great customer care support team, call them before place the order they will help you to choose right product with correct density. I bought this product twice online on Amazon, coz I was looking for memory foam cocxy cushion in particular. After using several sponge based local cocxy cushions I felt this is better though it costed a bomb.I first ordered L size..in July 2017 an year ago when doctor identified my multiple back spasm after Himalayan trek fall as cocxy dynia. Back then I was 68kgs... The L size cushion was ideal for me. Then I started putting on weight due to bedrest n multiple other health issues.The L size cushion was hurting than helping.. so I tried finding the reason n found the weight constraint... So I booked XL size in September 2018, though it didn't look perfectly made as earlier cushion, I tried adjusting and now it's just Dec 2018 n it's feels deflated n is feeling uncomfortable n slowly hurting when sit more than 30 mins.Spending close to 7.5k n still doesnt get a product that helps with pain is a tragic thing.Hope to find a alternative solution.
