I add a big spoonful to shakes etc as a nutritional supplement and it works great for me. I've also occasionally added some grains to my shampoo for a thickening protein boost and it's worked really well. Love the large quantity and how long it lasts me. However the grains are quite big and hard, not tiny and soft like the usual baker's gelatine, so I haven't tried using it to make desserts -- so can't review that part of it.

I am using this product since last one year. But this purchase is worst with worst product. I use this for my joint issues. Today I opened this pack and it was nothing like I am used too. It is stinking, texture is amorphous we were always getting crystalline solid earlier. It doesn't dissolve fully. Doesn't form jelly at all. I think it is a fake product. I have submitted the images of my earlier product (on left) and this one(on right). This product doesn't have that red dot image on it which we have for non-vegetarian products. Carefully see the left packet it has that image.So I must say we lost our ₹2100/- as we ordered two packet. So never buy this product again.

In general , Gelatin is high in important Amino acids like Glycine & Proline which reduce joint pains , improve hair & skin ,reduce allergies and much more. People should use it internally as externally it wont work .

I'm using this for making face mask.. you can make it with activated charcoal or orange peal powder.. just one tea spoon is sufficient to make that musk.. quality is very good.. works perfectly for face mask..

Wasn't like gelatine. Some gooey mess when adding to water.
