This is just an absolutely fantastic product. I don't know why it has less stars than other products here buy Inalsa is a highly trusted brand and this product didn't disappoint me in any way. It heats up pretty quickly, making sandwiches or toasting bread is just so quick and easy, way quicker than toasters. U can put in 6 normal and 4 large sized bread loafs or sandwiches. It also doubles up as a grille, we grill paneer and chicken on it and it's really easy to clean afterwards, the excess oil,ghee, butter whatever gets drained from it's front left side, so make sure u put a katori there whenever grilling anything. Grills, burgers and sandwiches come out fantastic. So I have 2 of these in my FF joint and one at my home. U can buy it eyes closed cuz mine are working without any issues. Don't pretend to be an expert without reading the manual, after all we put in our hard earned into it.

I have bought this griller after seeing many reviews but it's performance is not at all good. Crisp of the sandwich is neglible . It is taking too much time to heat and not gives a toasted color of the sandwich.Not worth buying . I have returned it .

Received in good condition .Overall all product is good. Able to make four sandwiches at a time so size wise quite good. No problem with heating & thermostat is quite efficient . When you open 180 degrees flat, it is enogh space for grilling vegitables etc. It has one oil collecter tray which runs through side till back of the grill which i fill is good in design. Over all satisfied with the product only con is it is MADE IN CHINA which website is not disclosing properly as marketing & manufacturing company name is mentioned same. This should be corrected.

I am quite impressed with the way it works,smart design, very powerful 2000w very high quality non stick plates on both sides plus you get thermostat that works very well. Inalsa name itself means durability at very good price other company are giving it @ 3000 plus for even 1500W power and more over there size is also lil smaller that too with just 1 year warranty(check wonder chef the looters) but inalsa is giving 2 years warranty at less 20 percent less price with more powerful motor too.. AMAZING PRODUCTI AM SATISFIED... 🙂

We've purchased many products from Amazon and it had never disappointed us. But after purchasing this Inalsa Maxgrill Sandwich maker, I feel cheated and have lost my trust in Amazon.We ordered this product on 13/1 and it got delivered on 16/1. We switched it on and were satisfied that both its lights got illuminated. But after a few days when we tried to make Sandwiches, it's plates didn't heat-up despite both the lights left illuminated for almost 15 minutes. We called the Inalsa After Sales Support as the 10-days return had already been elapsed. The technician examined the product and told us that the lower panel is broken and has cracks on both its ends as shown in the attached pictures. We were not able to spot those cracks while inspecting at the time of delivery as we never expected Amazon to cheat us this way. The technician also told us that the lower plastic panel is not covered under warranty and we have to pay for the repairs. The product is still with the Inalsa After Sales Support and I'm not sure when we will be able to use it again.I don't have any doubts to say that this was my worst purchase from Amazon.

This is a great product for its price. The versatility of this product is amazing. From grill to heating to roasting and partial barbeque, everything can be done. If looking for a sandwich griller/toaster for 4 sandwiches at a time, it is the best due to it having so many other features. Go for it.

The product has a good packaging . It's easy to clean and has a value for money.

Have been using this product for more than a year. It is better than other products in the market. The only downside is that the plates loose their coating and also if the plates can be removed so that they can be washed, it would be very easy to clean after grilling
