AS-IT-IS Nutrition BCAA 100% Pure Powder Pre/Post Workout Supplement -Pack of 250 grams

Good quality and never expected this brand to do so. But they don't disclose the source of the amino, I am sure it's cheap that's why they are selling it in such a price range.

So I purchased AS-IT-IS BCAA and here’s my review.Let’s come to the nutritional value first.The serving size mentioned on the packet is 5gms and they provide a scoop, in which you get:2500mg of L-Leucine1250mg of L-Valine1250mg of L-IsoleucineSo the BCAA’s are in the typical ratio that’s 2:1:1. There are a total of 50 servings in the pouchLet’s break down the review.Odor: It is not completely odorless, I can smell a faint unpleasant smell but its faint and I notice it when I go sniffing in the packet.Taste: Its termed as tasteless and it is not completely tasteless. So I do not take it with water, I take it with maltodextrin (Normal Glucose powder) and it makes my drink a bit bitter. So ya not completely tastelessTexture: Its fine powder. There are no grains here and thereMixability: It mixes, ummm good. Its not like you can put it in a glass and stir. That would take a lot of time. But put in in a shaker with your favorite drink. Shake it well and its mixes amazingly.Effectiveness: BCAA’s does not react well for my body earlier too but this gave me a tiny bit extra energy while at the gym. Maybe it’s placebo. Maybe notThe biggest con that it has is the taste. It makes the drink a bit bitter. And I’ve used flavored BCAA’s in the past.So in conclusion, this seems like a good product. You can buy it if BCAA’s work for you.

No flavor... but result is good

Started using it 5 days back and i can see the difference in my energy level during workout, major drawback for the product is its taste, even it is raw and as per name as it is, the taste is so bad, i hope the brand will come with something which can convert this to atleast some extend to a normal consumable taste. If given a chane to purchase another packet i would not go for it just because of the taste.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to try BCAAs for a while now, but my problem has been finding one that is free from artificial sweeteners. When I came across this one, I bought it right away. First off, I had read some reviews about the taste. I mixed it up with a little more water than recommended and that was enough for me to say that I can take it. Now for how it makes me feel - great! I noticed a definite energy boost the very first time I took it. I mix some up and either drink before or during gym and just to see the difference, I went one day without it, and my stamina was noticeably lower. This stuff definitely gives you that added boost during super intense workouts. Lastly, I am really glad that this product is made in the INDIA. Finding supplements that are is kind of a big deal to me. I am very happy with this brand of BCAA. I have already reordered and I plan to be reordering again when this pouch is empty as well.
