My girl simply loved the watch. It came in a nice sturdy tin all with warranty card. Genuine product. Nice vibrant color and looks nice when worn.

Crown was stuck. need to visit titan store.
Unboxed and found the watch not working. the protective plastic clip was stuck below the crown. had to remove it at titan store. then watch working.in this process found there is absolutely no customer care at titan for online support.Contacted Amazon (as there is no way to contact seller Cloudtail or Titan for any instructions).There are absolutely no information on titan zoon website regarding how to operate this watch or no know if that's not going to work.No information on seller listing page on whether there is built-in battery or need to purchase separately.I highly recommend to purchase at local Titan store or in Mall.The price is same and in store the experience would be great for the kid.

I bought this watch for my daughter as birthday present. She loves the watch and always wears it while going out.Update 2 Mar 15: After few months of usage, the watch strap and dial-casing has gone loose around the dial. Dial does not fit properly to rubber strap while wearing the watch. Rubber disfigures into oval shape while dial is round.
