excellent customer service
The shipping , box and item came well but after just 3 weeks of use the volume bottoms don't work . Sadly I didn't have enough time to get a new one but I appreciate the help and the quick answers will buy again any time .

Worst Phone I Ever Owned
I think you have the ability to track my purchase on Amazon to verify that I bought this phone 7 days ago.It took me a few days to transfer everything over and get the sim put in. And I'm retired so it just sat here on the end table for a couple more days.As retired people tend to do I went out for lunch and put the phone in my pocket. When I got home from lunch it was cracked. First time I ever left the house with the phone and it's spiderweb cracked all the way across the front.So if you're into $200 disposable phones, or cracked screens this is the phone for you.Avoid this phone. It's junk.

Not wifi calling supported by ATT
I live in the suburbs of the fourth largest city in America. I signed up with this S9 + on ATT family plan .Sadly ATT's service, signal was zero bars in my neighborhood. I wondered why my new cellphone wouldn't pickup internet calling. After much time and troubleshooting, I found out Att does not support wifi calling on unlocked factory phones.Also the model isn't repurchase by Gazelle based on model number.very expensive mistake and disappointment to meAf.
