I got rid of all silicone and now I have a cutting board that is not only functional but beautiful to display rather than hide!

Purchased the set in October of 2024. They seemed just fine. However, the large one now has a crack up the middle, rendering it useless as a cutting board. This after a half dozen uses. It has been properly handled, cleaned, and dried. We have a similar bamboo board that’s been in use for at least ten years—no cracks. The smaller members of the set are fine—so far.

Before receiving this 2 piece cutting board set, I was not familiar with tigerwood. When I initially washed the cutting board with soap, I was alarmed to see a lot of “red” color dripping from the wood. This made me nervous to trust the quality of the wood and worried that it was dyed with something that might not of been food safe.I did a little research online, and I think the red residue was coming from leftover wood sawdust. After washing, there also was a “roughness” and scratchiness to the wood, when drying, the towel would get caught up on it.Eventually, the red colored residue dissipated, and I applied a generous layer of mineral oil and allowed it to rest for about a day. It is still a little a little scratchy but much better after the oil.For the price, it’s pretty good deal, and I recommend it. I thought the smaller board from the 2 piece set might be too small, but it turned out to be the one I keep handy most often.

The boards I received immediately began cracking and the wood sections splitting upon second hand wash. Boards appear to be leeching stain or something else - when left on quartz countertops they began to stain the surface of our new kitchen brown. I would not recommend.

Ordered the 2 pack for a residential kitchen and they have quickly become a favorite. The wood is sturdy and looks fantastic with a lovely grain. They seem to take typical kitchen use without issue; so far we have not experienced any splintering, cracking or even any significant damage. They clean up nicely too. The sizes are perfect for a variety of tasks, and they feel nicely weighted; they’re substantial and easy to use. Price seems very reasonable. Highly recommended.

i got these boards last month for my kitchen, and overall, i like it. i'm using all of them, and here is my honest opinion:advantages:they come in 3 size, so it helps with different kind of cutting. the big one is great for meat, and the small one is nice for fruits.wood looks very nice. it’s like, real wood! feel good when using it.good to use also for serving. my family love it when I bring cheese or fruits on it. it look fancy on the table.disadvantages:after washing a few times, the small one is getting some little scratches. not big problem but still there.bit heavy, so if you need to move it around kitchen a lot, maybe not the best.overall, it’s good set for cooking and also make your kitchen look stylish. a little care needed, but still happy with it!
