These Zip ties work great. I was having issues with the plastic ones constantly breaking on the fence privacy shade so I got these. These stay on. When gusts of wind hit I no longer have to replace all the plastic ones that snapped. These steel ones lock great and hold up. No worries about the UV rays destroying plastic ones now.

Yes these are stainless steel ties! I don't know if I would give them the "Zip" title however.All the zip ties I have ever used allowed me to really crank down on them to get a tight fit. I was not able to get a tight fit on these and had to leave the steel wire on in a couple places where they were supporting the fence without the benefit of the nubs on a T post. I tried 2 pair of pliers, pliers and large flat screw driver, and pliers and a 5 gal size paint stir. All helped but nothing really allowed me to pull it tight! I tried folding it back upon itself in order to stop it from slipping back but that didn't always work. I started out cutting the excess tail off but ended wrapping it around something in order to keep the cut end from being a hazard. They have the potential to be of great value. If I can figure out how to use them!
