Cart Functional but Arrived Damaged with Defective Secondary Smaller Wheels
The installation took about 20 minutes and was not difficult, though the instructions arrived damaged.Pros: Once assembled and secured, the cart works. However, the shipping materials lacked adequate reinforcement for safe transport.Cons: The cart arrived with several damaged parts. The smaller wheels do not stay in place and repeatedly fall, requiring the use of velcro to prevent them from touching the ground and disrupting the lift, which could be a safety concern.I chose not to contact customer support due to time constraints, but this feedback could help improve the product and inform future buyers.
