Lasts years, affordable, reliable and compact.
I'm really happy with my microwave, this is my go to model - the last one I had was still working after 3 years but I purchased a new one due to a refurbishment so the colour matches. It's compact (20L) but powerful (800W), making it perfect for smaller kitchens. This is large enough for a small family. The touch controls are easy to use, and the auto programs are super convenient. I especially love the quick 30-second start. It's easy to clean too. If you need a small, efficient microwave, I highly recommend this one!

Make sure the plate is sitting correctly
The plate is easily disturbed from rotary catch, which gives the feeling of being cheap. In all, it works okay and easy to use.

This is the second Panasonic I've bought, the first lasted a long time and I am pleased with this new one which is so-straightforward

Lack of mute functionality is unforgivable for the price
Positives- Looks nice- Easy to use- Easy to cleanBIG NEGATIVE- Obnoxiously loud beeping sounds whenever you press buttons, and it beeps 5 times when done. There is no way to disable these beeps, yet it is possible in several other Panasonic models. I ended up opening the microwave up and removing the buzzer from the motherboard which was very easy to do (there are youtube videos on this) however this would void any warranty and it is shocking how Panasonic do not provide functionality to mute the beeps, given how so many people and animals are sensitive to noiseOverall I can't give this more than a 3 due to the lack of mute functionality.

Small compact idea for small households update 6/08/24 paint as failed
update 6/08/24 The inside paint has lifted exposing the metal it has been used almost everyday and lasted almost 6 years, I am still disappointed as my old one the paint finish was far more robust, I wont be getting another Panasonic because of this and will look at other manufactures instead. Original review below.Easy to operate and small and compact 800W oven. No issues with it so far. Although small I can fit a full sized dinner plate (10.5" diameter) in it without a problem. Ideal for quick microwave meals.
