So fun!
Bought this for my husband and he loves it. Easy to learn, easy to play, easy to set up. Thereâs magnets on some of the pieces to keep them from getting knocked over which I thought was genius.

Whimsical artwork, fun tile placement game
Gnome Hollow is a charming tile-placement game with enchanting watercolor artwork that truly brings its whimsical world to life. Players take on the role of gnomes, creating fairy rings with their tiles and collecting mushrooms as currency to spend at the market for points. My teenagers immediately noticed some similarities to Carcassonne, particularly with the worker placement aspectâgnomes claiming their fairy rings as they build. It was an instant hit in our house, and I can already tell this one will be coming back to the table again and again. While the game is recommended for ages 12 and up, my 10-year-old picked it up with ease, making it a great choice for families with younger players who enjoy strategic yet accessible gameplay. If you're a visual learner, there are plenty of fantastic "how to play" videos available online to help you get started.Overall, Gnome Hollow is a delightful addition to any board game collection, offering engaging mechanics, beautiful artwork, and plenty of replayability. Highly recommended!

Perfect tile placement board game
If you like any tile placement game, you would love this. But, this game isnt that simple though. Dont let that cuteness of this game fool you. There are alot of things to think ahead along with placing tiles.I love Harmonies, Calico, Cascadia, Carcasson in terms of tile/token placement games and this became my go to game recently and... illustration of this gams is just too... cuteđ If you dont own one yet, you are missing out, my friend! Im playing this game on BGA everydayđ Hope many more board gamers try this one.

Super Cute and Fun Game
Fun and cute game. Definitely a steep learning curve, but once you go through a few turns you start to pick up the flow of things.

Gnome-tastic!
I watched a 10 minute how to play video on a popular video content provider to get the jist of the game while I waited for it to arrive. Was pretty easy to learn. It is a heavy box but is still portable. Bring it to a friendâs house and have a gnome-tastic time playing!. The game is very high quality. Great components. Collect points in the form of bottle caps, feathers, gems, and keys! I recommend this game highly!

Great game!
I have played quite a few times with 2, 3, and 4 player games. In 2 player- most of the scoring was tied, however the game became more challenging with 3 or 4 of us.

Better than I thought it would be!
Wife picked this game up at a game store on a whim. She LOVES gnomes. I did not have high hopes.Game play is simple, rules are a little confusing at first, but easy to teach once understood. After building your path, collect mushrooms on the corresponding tiles. Count number of tiles connected and place marker on your player board, receive bonuses if applicable.Once enough mushrooms are collected of a certain type, take a move to market and sell them.Simple but a great building and market race experience. The art is beautiful and the pieces very well made. This has now become a mainstay in our collection. Fun for us and excellent for teaching to new board gamers!
