Very nice 20 inch fat tire bike . Fairly heavy for its size , but it is a steel frame and has a large battery . I’ve been out on pavement and dirt trails. Plenty of power and battery . I like the twist throttle ,headlight , taillight and even has brake light . Good easy to read display . I’m VERY happy with my purchase. I shopped a lot of these bikes before buying this one , and after riding it 2 weeks, I still feel I bought the best one in this tire size .

I’ve never bought an electric bike or even one I am bought this. I thought it was very reasonably priced and extremely impressed. The other day had 60 pounds product on the back rack and the bike still went 37 miles an hour on a street road.

This bike is awesome; it's not too big and not too small. In addition to a well built bike, customer service goes above and beyond to meet our needs. They responded to our concern super fast and were more than cooperative. This is our 2nd ebike and this one far exceeds the first one which was too big. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a strong ebike.

This thing is great and performs well, but not as advertised. I am 260lbs so take this with a grain of salt.Pros:- Fast enough to keep up with city traffic- Cheap for an ebike- Good quality, feels very sturdy- Looks great- Easy to assemble- Throttle control- 5 different electric power modes- Tail lights turn on when you hit the brakes- Has rear rack even if you don't but the $150 basketsCons:- Does not do 30 as advertised.- The speedometer is very off. It will say you're doing 15 or 30 and you'll really be going 8 or 22. Its basically useless- I don't trust the odometer because of how bad the speedometer is- It is not very easy to ride without electric- Very heavy, hard to get up porch steps- The front shocks are fighting for their life at full speed- Peddle assist is always on. I wish I could have no power assist when peddling, but still have full power mode using the throttle.- You might be able to get 70 miles of range if you peddle and leave it in the lower setting, but I only got about 15 when using full power and throttle only- Baskets are a $150 optionOverall, very solid bike for a pretty good price. I would give this 4.5 stars with its only real knock being the speedometer being so off but I can only do 4. It doesn't get 5 only because the speedometer is no where close and the top speed it not as advertised. The range I can forgive because I am so heavy, but the speedometer should be correct and I should be able to get to its top speed going downhill regardless.All said and done, I would buy another one if it stays in the $800-950 range. $1000 and over and I would start looking at name brand ebikes.

No problems with seller .. but if you’re skinny about 5ft and not so strong like me I wouldn’t recommend this bike. The bike is heavy even without cargo.. I would change the seat as well if you’re using this for commute. Overall great bike.! I just need to ride this more to get used to it!

Hours and hours of fun! We've had this for a few months and we've put hundreds of miles on it already.

So far so good! This bike is phenomenal! I do not drive so this is my main vehicle and it has everything I need such as lights a horn, multiple speeds and rides super smooth and while over bumps and hills

Package is heavy and helps to have a 2nd person when handling. Pretty simple to unpack and put together. Seat is eh like most stock bicycle seats but that can be easily upgraded. Does 30mph like advertised according to the monitor. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.Almost bought the rest basket for the extra $150. Sure glad I DID NOT. Right after purchasing, I seen a rear basket for around $40 that came with an insert to keep things from falling through, a bungee net to secure items in the basket and also a waterproof cover. So instead of just the metal basket for $150, I got one that looks very similar and comes with all the accessories for $40. Big savings there. Don't understand the mark up for a simple pot metal China basket. Save yourself money and get one from a different source. Thank me later.
