To aid my immune system

I’ve long been adding chlorella, spirulina and wheatgrass to my diet, and am a firm believer in their healthful properties, so appreciate this supplement with the addition of barley grass, moringa and coriander to make for a particularly comprehensive array of nutrients and healthful compounds. I like that the ingredients are organic and without additives, so are entirely healthy. For the price I would perhaps like to see higher potencies, but still, having the six ingredients all together in the one place is a big plus, and makes me much more likely to consider the product in future.Of course, with a product like this the amount of capsules takes depends upon whatever else one is including in the diet so there’ll be times when perhaps only one capsule suffices so the packet will last longer. This is the way I use supplements: I tend to take a fairly wide range of food-based capsules and powders but like to mix and match them; that way I get a wide range of nutrients and beneficial compounds but without getting too much of anything.Effect-wise, I’m expecting these to work primarily as health assurances, but admit to feeling rather well after taking them, but can’t say if it’s the ingredients or purely psychological. Saying that, of the six ingredients (three of which I’ve routinely taken in various forms, one of which has often been included in my diet, and the other two being relatively new) I haven’t experienced anything even remotely negative with them, and nothing but continued wellness (of which with continued use of this product I expect to be the same).An all-round worthy addition to my supplement regime.

I am well aware that my western diet doesn't necessarily get me enough good quality green stuff each day, so like to take something like this to top things up and fill in the gaps, particularly on days where I have neglected to do a quality food prep.I like that it includes a really good blend of organic superfoods, which includes chlorella, spirulina, and moringa. I do actually take all three of these from time to time on my morning muesli or smoothie, but it is a bit hit and miss, so this way makes sure of it. Getting these things in my body helps with providing various vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, and should be similar to having the five a day that is recommended. However, I do realise it isn't quite the same as real vegetables have other benefits that this can't deliver, but it definitely goes a long way in the right direction.It is certainly much more convenient having this than having to wash, peel and prep all the veggies, but it isn't a like for like replacement, but definitely better than nothing on those days when you might not be near your kitchen or a quality eatery.Price wise, it isn't cheap, but it does last quite a while so when you average it out it isn't too bad.

I'm not a doctor, so I'm not qualified to make claims about the medical efficacy of this supplement. What I shall say is that since taking it, I have noticed that my energy levels and feeling of vitality and alertness have all improved. Could it be a coincidence? Yes, I suppose so, but the effect is consistent, tangible, and it correlates with taking this supplement. I will certainly be purchasing more, when these run out, because the supplement makes a significant difference to my wellbeing.Other things I like about this supplement are that the contents are UK grown, so it supports UK industry, and well as being produced to the high standards we have here. It's organic certified too, which is a real bonus. The company makes donations to the Bumblebee Conservation Trust for every packet sold - a worthy cause, and one that I support. Without bees, we'd have no food!
