I had used the old formula of this product for over a decade and it worked perfectly! Received the new formula bottle and it is terrible. It does the opposite of what it is supposed to as it made my eyes sore and more bloodshot than they were before using the drops! Time to find a new brand!!

I still have a nearly full bottle of the original 'Murine Bright & Moist' so was able to compare with this new formulation. The new one makes my eyes itchy and sore straight after using and the whitening effects are minimal. The old original formula instantly whitened and made my eyes 'sparkle' without any side effects and was soothing as well as cosmetically amazing. I used the original for many, many years but will now be looking for a substitute. Very disappointed.[Substitute found: no side effects of itching or stinging and bought from the store where 'every little helps' under their own 'brightening' eye drops brand. Cheaper too.]

These eye drops work well and totally clear redness in eyes while giving a comfortable feeling.
