We really liked the product. It has all the features we wanted. The image quality is sufficient and the AI features are okay. The monitor could be a little thinner and the buttons a little softer. Recommended

This product, monitor and camera arrived broken. I requested a replacement, returned broken product, received replacement. The replacement worked for 5 months. We are now outside of the return window with Amazon. I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent a refurbished monitor that still does not work. I explained to them that it still doesn't work and they said that I need to reach out to Amazon for replacement or refund. Amazon states I need to reach out to the manufacturer (who isn't fulfilling their warranty policy or trying to assist in replacing this product with a new working product.) I have been messaging the manufacturer since the beginning of March with no resolution, just going in circles and circles. Very dissappointed, this product was not inexpensive.

This is a good traditional baby monitor, but the screen needs to be held at a certain distance from the display to work.

I recently purchased this baby monitor and camera, and overall, it’s been a solid product with some great features. The video quality is clear, even in low light, and I love the two-way audio feature, which allows me to hear and talk to my baby when I’m in another room. The night vision is also a nice touch, and the wide-angle view of the camera gives me peace of mind.One of the best features is that it doesn’t require Wi-Fi, which I find convenient since it doesn’t rely on my home internet connection. This makes it more reliable in some ways, especially when my Wi-Fi is acting up.However, there is one issue: the monitor tends to turn off unexpectedly and doesn’t stay on for long periods, which can be a bit frustrating. I’ve tried adjusting settings, but the monitor still shuts off after a while, which impacts my ability to keep an eye on my baby for extended periods.Despite this, I do appreciate the camera's features, such as the temperature sensor and the ability to remotely adjust the camera angle. The setup is easy, and the monitor itself is portable with a user-friendly design.Overall, while the monitor turning off is a downside, the fact that it doesn’t need Wi-Fi and the other features still make it a good choice. I would recommend it, but I hope the issue with the monitor turning off gets addressed in future models.

I really love this as a video monitor. Unfortunately my baby is almost one and the AI features are unreliable with how she sleeps. She prefers her face in the mattress and her butt in the air. That along with the thick sleep sack makes it hard for the breathing monitor occasionally. I bought two and can't justify keeping both, but for the price I'm still keeping one just for the awesome video monitor. The image is crystal clear, really the best video camera I've had even considering our security cameras. Wish I would have found this back in February when she was an infant.

We had previously used a Miku and were really angry about being forced to switch to a paid subscription after paying some $500 for a monitor. So, we gave this one a try and will not be going back to our old one! I actually love/prefer the fact that this is not a wifi monitor because we don't have any issues with connecting it or it going offline. I also love that it comes with a separate hand-held monitor. I can put it next to me at my desk, in the kitchen, etc. while still listening to my music/podcasts on my phone. The alerts also work very well!Save your money and give this one a try instead of buying one of the big name brand monitors!

Maybe I just happened to get a lemon but it stopped working after 3 months. It just stopped connecting to the camera. Before that I thought it was pretty good, loved the picture quality.

Great camera. Works perfectly. Haven't had any connection issues it's easy to use and battery life is good.
