The metal label had come off of the bottle in transit and scratched the red coating off the bottle. The packaging smeels of the aftershaves which suggests to me it is either leaking or was pre-owned. It looks cheap unlike other English blazer products which my dad loves, which dispite being affordable do look reasonable quality.The smell is nasty too

This was a blind buy for me. I have used the original English Blazer since I was 17 and always found it suited me. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It starts off huge - A Collosal, powerful fragrance that hits you with a fresh, towering wave of Bergamot and Lavender. There's a crispness to it too and an earthy richness as well. I love it on my skin and I suppose certain fragrances work well with certain people. This one certainly works for me. It's also long lasting and the dry down is warm, clean & comforting. I would put this in the same league as Lauren's Polo Green except that it's half the price and even better value. This is English Blazer's Grand entrance into a fickle world of fashion and trend, but what I like about it is the fact that they don't compromise on the traditions that they are standing for and that's what's going to set this brand apart from their contemporaries. What I like about the brand is that there's no need for competition here. They truly have set themselves apart. 10/10 on an excellent fragrance for men who appreciate quality & tradition & a bit of old school, but still like to be a step ahead with what's cool in the world 😎
