It's incredible how easy it is to remove the wax now, with full visibility right on the mobile screen. The image clarity is very good, and the whole process feels much safer and more effective.This device is exceptionally well-engineered. Even the silicone tip is thoughtfully designed—soft, gentle, and safe for use inside the ear. It doesn’t go too deep or risk touching the eardrum, it give a eardrum warning, which gives an added peace of mind. Connectivity is also seamless; once I turn on the Wi-Fi on the phone and hit connect, it pairs instantly without any hassle. The overall design is sleek, user-friendly, and very well-crafted. Though the product box was damaged, no contents were missing. The product hit the ground running. No setup hassles. The camera is good. Gives a clear picture of what needs to be done. I bought this for my mother with mobility issues, dependent on others for personal hygiene. We were scared of the damage we might do. This product came as a welcome tool. Had it not been for it, we may have pushed the dried wax further into the ear. The light & camera showed what was there, and the silicon tip is so well designed that just a gentle movement without having to go into the canal pulled the wax out in less than 3 seconds. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to clean ears, esp of seniors, conveniently, quickly and without damage.
