Defective product, horrible Cx service from Faber! Just not worth it!!!
The media could not be loaded. Product:sturdy, well built, excellent flame throw. Knobs slightly difficult for older people, but otherwise good. Ignition is a 9v battery, which apparently will last a year, that's yet to be seen.Delivery:missed delivery and blamed it on "unable to call". No calls no messages no updates. Found out after checking the app 30 mins after the delivery time period i.e. past 10.30 pm. They expect old customers to be awake at that time?Customer service:the worst experience in my life. Lies and fake promises of delivery the very next day. Contacted them 6 separate times for an update. They refused to give the delivery agents number, and had the audacity to ask me to wait for additional 2 days.Installation:was told the technician would call after 24 hours of delivery. No calls spent another to book installation through a separate number. Took another two days for agent to call crom Faber customer service and another day for the technician to arrive.Wasted ( with loss of pay) over 12 days on a single purchase.I guess these things don't matter to people in charge... Just pathetic!!!Review after 15 days:Faber service is very disappointing. Took 10 days for technician to fix a problem.There a design flaw inside the burners, where dirt accumulates inside the gas nozzle underneath the glass panel and causes to flame to diminish. And to clean it, all four burners and glass panel needs to be removed. Not practical for most customers to do that on regular basis. They should have designed it in such a way dirt will not fall into them while cooking and cleaning.Review after 1 monthFlames leak from the sides of the brass burner, and it leaks inside back into the area of the gas inlet. which is highly dangerous!!!.this was informed and after much delay and numerous calls technicians arrived, inspected and said that it was caused due to dust/dirt inside the holes of the inlet and burner. upon asking how a new product could have dirt inside, they had no answer. this whole thing happened three times which took about 20 to 30 days.after spending more than 2 months and numerous calls emails and chats with cx service agents of both amazon and Faber(they didn't bother to respond), finally got in touch with the amazon grievance officer and we are returning the product for full refund.FABER JUST DONT CARE ABOUT CX SERVICE. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Value for money and seamless installation
I recently purchased this hob and although it's too early to comment on its long-term functionality or performance, I am pleased with the overall experience so far. The delivery was timely, and the installation process was seamless.The Faber executive, Ramlakhan, who handled the installation, did an excellent job. He explained the possible installation options, and thoroughly demonstrated its functions. He was humble, friendly, and patiently answered all our questions. Additionally, he went above and beyond by cleaning up the installation mess, which is not common with other service executives.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the exceptional installation service.
