They work
Stops my head from getting too hot so I'm able to stay in the sauna for around 10 minutes longer.You feel a bit daft the first time you use it, but you soon get over it.

the sauna always made my head dizzy and hot.. can't believe this goofy thing has absolutely made sauning way more comfortable. all the cool kids are wearing them, and for good reason. get your sauna drip on, baby

It’s not very good hat. Very thin and flimsy with visible open stitching indicating it’s not durable.
