I rarely write reviews for products I purchase, but I felt compelled to write this one. The product was delivered in a very professional manner. It arrived in a sturdy cube-shaped carton box, with a round stainless steel box inside. The strap was sealed and carefully cushioned with shock-absorbing material. This level of attention to detail in packaging reflects outstanding customer care.The included tools were also incredibly useful for installing the watch core into the case and removing links. This product is absolutely worth the money. Five stars, no doubt!

I've been looking at this kit for a while to replace my beat up strap from using it everyday. I came across this one and the product was fantastic, great quality and super easy to install. My kit was missing one of the four screws, so I contacted the seller. Not only did the seller send me the missing screw, but he also sent me a whole new kit as well for a second watch! Who does that? Thank you so much! I will definitely be buying from you again in the future.

This kit makes a casioak look and feel higher quality. The way the chrome reflects and contrasts the dial of most casioaks looks great, especially compared to my pre-modded casioak which was a flat grey tone all the way around.The value for money here is really solid, and for just $70 there hardly anything to complain about besides the clasp. The clasp, while very cool looking, sometimes doesn't click right, making it up to you to tug on the watch a few times to decide if it's secure.The overall fit of the watch feels pretty good, one thing I can't say is whether or not it tugs on arm hair, as I don't have a lot for a watch to tug on anyway.Setting up the kit was pretty simple, around a 20-30 minute process for me. If you don't have tiny fingers it can be a bit of a pain.One thing I figured I should mention is that after getting this kit, I no longer treat my casioak like a G-shock. Previously I would never care if my casioak hit a wall or countertop, but now I instinctively feel a need to treat it a bit more carefully, do with that info as you will.Overall imma give this watch kit a 4/5 stars but I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. The value here is really good, the looks are beautiful, the setup was pretty easy, and it completely changes the feel of the watch in a good or bad way depending on how you use your watches. The clasp causes me to feel a little uneasy in some environments when I put on this watch which is why I will not be giving this 5 stars. Have a good day people!

This upgrade for the Casio G-Shock elevates the look and comfort of the regular G-Shock body and strap. I find the buttons easier to use with this skin/case/whatever you want to call it, without them sticking out too far and being accidentally pressed. I found the corrugated part of the standard G-Shock strap would dig into my wrist, even when the watch was loose. This strap does not do that and it doesn't slide around as much either.So far, the body has not scratched, even with some moderately hard use, which I find surprising. There have been a number of times where I was sure I would have scratched it while working and have not. Which is good, given this upgrade cost twice what the watch itself did.My only complaint would be the screws that come with it for attaching the original watch body. They are plated black flat blade screws. The alignment between the holes in the original watch body and this upgraded case made for a very tight fit for the screws. And being flat blade screws, they aren't the easiest to force in. Luckily this case came with 2 extra because I damaged 2 trying to get them tightened. As soon as the screwdriver slips, the black plating will show the mark. I would recommend not using the screwdriver that comes with the case and finding a better fitting micro flat blade.

The Casioak out of the box is a great watch, but the Custom Oaks mod really elevates the watch. The case and rubber strap are premium quality. The installation is very easy and takes only a few minutes.
