Perfect for a multitude of uses
Great for wrapping items together in boxes so they don't shift around during shipping. Material is very durable and shrinks with a gentle application of heat from a heat gun

Quality - but with question marks....
So I received two rolls of this plastic shrink wrap, each supposedly(!) packing a generous 1,500ft (of 18" wide) rolled up black plastic.Wow!Now, 'cos I don't have a specific need for them right at this moment I instead conducted a quick test of sorts to see if this wrap lives up to (at least *some* of) Elxrict brand's claims....Well:I *think* am, overall, happy with what I've found?Yep, the cling film....- unwinds from the roll easily enough,- indeed offers a high capacity stretch (btw: the more so, the clingier!), plus:- stays. put. just. like. it. should! :)And - at 1 cent north of $30 - I'd say at quite a decent price! So, now I still have a cool 2980+ft total remaining of this wrap, to use for many a future project I see fit........ Or do I?'Cos plz note that certain words in my review so far indicated slight hesitation....See, I also just got a bunch of 5" tall rolls of black stretch wrap from a different brand.Which, like these 18 inchers, are listed as being 80 gauge. Yet aforementioned 5" ones hold 1,000ft (and not 1,500!) each, *and" have been wound around a cardboard core that is much, MUCH narrower in diameter than the core of these big 'uns!Yet.... when placed side by side, one of the 1,500ft 18 inch rolls (= the wide-cored one on the left in hereby provided pic) appears to, p'haps, *not* actually hold a whopping 500ft more than the 5 inch tall 1,000 feet "version" (right side in the photo) - while supposedly being of identical thickness?!Hence my hesitancy to dole out a full 5 stars for this product. :|Oh and btw:As expected, this 18" stretch film indeed didn't come with handles.... Not sure, mind you, if at this width those would actually even be - eh - handy, but yeah: plz be aware of said fact as well. :)

Strong stretch wrap
I used this stretch wrap for securing furniture during and move and it worked really well. It stretches and sticks to itself well without damaging furniture. It stood up to scratches and kept everything in place. Do not expect to be able to rip this off, you will need a knife or scissors.

This Black Stretch Wrap Review..Some things to NOTE
I’ve used 70-gauge clear wrap before, and this 80-gauge black wrap doesn’t feel much different in strength. Both can handle similar loads, so don’t expect a massive difference. Price-wise, they’re about the same too. The black plastic is a little see-through; I could poke my fingernail through it, just like with the 70-gauge, so it's not indestructible. If you're using a handle to roll the plastic around items for shipping, the core diameter is about 3 inches, which is good to know before getting started because your handle may not fit. It does what it's supposed to, and while you can’t fully see through it, it helps keep sunlight off your stuff. It will get the job done, and I need to find some handles to fit inside this large-mouth core to be most efficient.

A great value!
These were surprisingly heavy and big when I received them. You get a lot of film for the money and the rolls are quite wide and big so is a little difficult to control so maybe some type of applicator roll would be helpful or as an added option. The film is stretchy, opaque and strong. It works as well as any other type I’ve used. The fact that it’s very dark might be difficult if you don’t remember what you wrapped but that’s the only downfall I can find. The darkness of the film may also be a benefit in some cases.A great value.

Good stretch wrap
I got this stretch wrap for wrapping up things for a move. It's a nice wide, long roll, so you can really cover a lot of ground quickly, though the lack of a handle or grips makes it a little harder to use. The black is almost completely opaque unless you hold it up to a bright light, so if you want to obscure what you're wrapping or want to protect the items from the sun/UV, then this will do a great job with that. It sticks well to itself but is easy to remove when you want to.Overall, I'm pleased to have these and know that they'll come in handy well beyond moving.
