I love yard games of all varieties, and Kan Jam is one of my favorites. It is easy to set up and take down, lightweight, adaptable for all ages, is played in teams (you will need 4 players), and most of all, fun and competitive. This portable version does not necessarily take up less space than the original. In fact, cubic inches-wise, it is probably quite a bit more. But it fits better into a car or suitcase, is easier to assemble and take down, is easier to carry around, and is much less likely to take off in a gust of wind. We almost lost one Kan Jam when it was picked up by the wind and carried far down the beach, and this one likely won't do that. It also includes a scorekeeper on the can, which is handy. When I first set this up, I thought it was smaller than the original, but it is the same size other than being hexagonal rather than round. It feels well-made, durable, and of high quality. I am pleased to have a more portable version of one of my favorite games.

I'd not heard of Kan Jam before but it is very similar to a game we play with poles and you try to knock the bottles off. The advantage of this game it that it is easer to setup (no poles to put in the ground) and seems to be more approachable for players of all ages.This portable set is really compact and small enough you could leave it in a trunk for the summer to have on hand for whenever you might want to pick up a game.I like that the disc included is a 175g, same nice heavier weight we use on a regular basis. Took these to a surf fishing tournament a few weeks ago and they were a big hit! Simple game easy to play, easy to understand, and packs up well for transport. I’m a disc golf player so this was right up my alley. Lots of fun. The materials and components are well made as well.

This is great for my backyard game addition. it adds a good variety to choose from. I really like this one because it is a bit more active and the bins are flexible.
