Eazzy Meal is one key component in my weight loss. I have a sweet tooth and it's hard for me to eliminate sugar completely. So Eazzy Meal is my solution. I've been drinking Eazzy Meal since last month, it is only now I thought of leaving a review here to share with you my experience. Because I love chocolates it would make sense that my favorite flavor is the vanilla or sometimes I order the chocolate as an alternative so I won't get tired of the other one. I drink it only for dinner and my goodness it helped with the late night evening craving.I mix it with 300ml of unsweetened cow milk (your guess is right—chocolate flavor!) and shake it using a blender bottle. I drink it at 6 in the evening. After doing this for 1 months now, I experienced improved sleep because and better heart bpm as well because I no longer eat heavy carbs for dinner. The creamy chocolate goodness is what satisfies me. It says 17g of protein but that is with milk and 5g of fiber which I believe it does because when I have a go in the morning in my bathroom my head is clear and I feel like I can conquer anything that comes to me that day.vanilla has 4.30g of sugar per scoop while rich chocolate royale has 4.25g of sugar per scoop. It may seem a lot to some people but to me who eats so much more sugar than this is already a treat and I don't beat myself for it. The taste is good, it helps prevent cravings and migraines at night. No ladies and gentlemen, I will not complain about this. I saw that Eazzy Meal does have diabetic meal replacement powder shake. I should take a look at that but for now, Eazzy Meal is my sweet treat without feeling the guilt after.My wife likes vanilla and cafe latte flavor. It was good too if you wanted to mix it up a bit. Sometimes, I also add banana.Today, I lost 5kgs since I started my weight loss journey in August. I would be honest with you and say that this is not solely because of Eazzy Meal. I changed my diet to eat more whole foods, plant-based, and less animal meat along with exercise regimen of cardio and weights. What I can say is that Eazzy Meal helped with my cravings and get to this point.
