Absolutely love this and had to buy another for my friend. It is perfect for deep frying and stir frying as well

No lid, when washing be careful with the handle loop
This is a decent triply kadai/wok, but it does not include a lid. However, the description and my inquiry with Rufus clearly indicated that a tight-fitting lid should be included. Considering the list price, a lid should be part of the package.On a positive note, the hallowhandle remains cool to the touch.One drawback is that the loop at the end of the handle can catch a finger, so you need to be careful when washing the pan.
