Love the FI tracking dog collar! It helps keep track of her walking distance and her resting time. It notifies you when you are away from home with your dog or has left home without you. It's perfect to track when the dog walker takes your dog for a walk you can track the distance and time away from home. I like the search party feature too. It seems very comfortable for her wearing. Easy charging and last for almost a week before needing to charge. The app is easy to use and very helpful. I love the community feature as well. All and all a 5+.

Well, I am very fortunate that i received the collar quickly. This collar allowed me to quickly find my dog when he dug out of the fence. He is lightning fast so being able to head him off was helpful. He met 38% of his step goal for the day by the time I got to him. The other features on the app have all been great. Being able to track his rest vs activity and the community are all fantastic features. I enjoy being able to see all the adventures other dogs are having. It's inspiring and adds an unexpected bonus to the experience. I definitely feel this collar is worth the cost for the peace of mind. It works well and my good boy looks so handsome in it. I am grateful you make a good product because it really came through when I needed it. Thank you.

It took a bit of trouble shooting at first to get the safe zone working properly. It's still not perfect and it's delayed some but it's close. The customer service people have been very helpful and great to chat with and help you understand whatever questions you have. I got the extra small. Im using this with my cat. He is 10.5lbs. I can't really see how a very small dog or toy breed would do with this. Dogs necks are longer but my cat is twice the size and it's enough that I take it off him when he comes in and we put his regular collar back on. Not the most comfortable collar on that small of a pet. It would be helpful if the collar wasn't so wide. The GPS is flat and thin which was one of the top reasons I bought it. The weight and design is better than other GPS collars. The distance we've gone so far has been 7 miles from the base and it's still working perfectly fine. It knew we drove to the vet and the location was accurate. The battery lasts a very long time. I charge it when it's at 80%. I haven't let it go beyond that but it takes over a week to use that 20%. I bought the one that tracks steps, sleep, and walks. There is a difference between the more expensive one. The other one has more health information. This one was suitable for our needs. Not perfect but better than any of the other options out there. I will continue past the free membership period.

This is not an invisible fence ! If you’re looking for an app that tells you overall where your dog is, can share with friends you’ve come to the right place. After my mom’s dog disappeared from my yard( I assume a coyote) I bought these for three of my dogs and my daughters dog . I now know where they are at all times, can do a party search if they were to get loose. I have had for about a year now and have progressively purchased more . I enjoy the stats and seeing how much the walked and sleep etc. there also is a social component where you can see other dogs upload pics and interact with a community. Better than instagram but still not for me. What I really love is it notifies me when my dog leaves a location and tells me who they left with if they also have the app installed! Game changer!! No more business trips and my husband or daughter lying to me about taking the dogs on a walk. B.S. I haven’t received a notification and I can look at the history and see actually where the dog walked! App is simple and user friendly. The only thing I don’t like is the collars come in standard colors and if you want different ones you have to go to third party’s and they are expensive! I purchased the waterproof silicone type collars at 60$ each just to not have to buy different ones because of the price. But on the plus side customer service is amazing!! I called on a Sunday at 9am got threw right away and the person was so helpful I changed which dog would wear the device and they helped me move my subscription and pair with a new profile. Note this should be easier!! But overall great customer service and easy to share with family.

Seems to work great. I bought the collar with 6 months subscription. They won't let you set it up without signing up for auto-pay and giving cc information. When you do the app says "ypu can change this in you account settings at any time"... you can't. They make it impossible to do without canceling you 6 months you already paid for. I just got the collar. As as far as I can tell so far it seems to work fine and I would give it 5 stars for functionality. But the scammy auto-pay and lying right out of the gate gives it 1 star. Obviously 0 stars if I could. Why do they need to scam you to keep paying if it actually does work well? Draw your own conclusions on that one.

Every day I see local posts from people desperately trying to locate their lost dog. My dog doesn't have a habit of getting out but I am sleeping soundly at night knowing that if something were to happen, I will be able to recover him quickly instead of tossing and turning with regret.After a month of use, I have not experienced any issues with battery life, false alerts, or any of the other negatives that I read about prior to purchasing. When we leave the house, I receive a notification on my phone immediately and location pings have been very accurate. I also like that there is a setting to test lost dog mode to ensure that the device is functioning as intended.
