This is a completely new brand for me. I haven't used Fusion select brand before. But I decided to open my horizon to small businesses so I will give it a try. It came in a 1ltr bottle and the prices of $13.99. this is rice bran, which is better than canola and loaded with omega 3. This is a wonderful neutral that can be used in any type of cooking sharing within and pretty much you will do in the kitchen. Given the fact that you cannot really judge this by The taste but I can say it did not give out any unpleasant taste or flavor to my food. I really like this rice bran oil and I will be buying from this company in the future.

Item was as ordered. No problems. Smoke point is better than most other oils.

The majority of my use for cooking oil is sautéing or oven frying. This did well for me on both, it sautéed vegetables nicely without imparting flavors and provided crispy brownness in the oven. I had a takeout container of fried seafood (fish/shrimp) that had been in the fridge for a couple days and a bit of this oil on a baking sheet coating both sides of the food and it crisped it back up as if it has just been served at the restaurant.

This is a big 1 liter bottle of rice bran oil from Fusion Select. It arrived fresh and factory sealed. This is a fairly neutral oil. It does have a very slightly nutty flavor, but is still neutral enough to be used for almost anything, including salad dressings, baking, and frying. It has a very high smoke point, so it is especially great for making stir fries without smoking up the house. It is also a relatively heart-healthy type of oil. This is a good value on good quality oil and I recommend it.

This rice bran oil behaves similarly to canola or vegetable oil for cooking. It doesn't have a noticeable taste or smell, making it good for most applications, and it does not burn or darken noticeably at high temps. Coats a pan nicely and evenly. Chicken was able to form a decent crust on the outside when left on the oiled pan to sear.

This Fusion Select Rice Bran Oil comes in a plastic bottle and was sealed well. The oil has a smoke point, so that makes it great for cooking, frying things, baking, but you could also use it to dress a salad because the flavor of this is really undetectable. This is a versatile cooking oil and it's nice to have on hand.

I've never tried rice bran oil before, but was told that it works well for cooking Asian cuisines due to it's high smoke point. We cook a lot of food that requires high temperatures, so I was happy to use this and see that the oil did not get smoky at all. Great quality and I appreciate how it was sealed properly and also came with bubble wrap to provide extra protection to ensure that it does not spill or break.
