Very easy to use. Some adjustments to the TV audio setup may be required for certain brands of TV.Just make sure you switch the power switch to 'ON'. Red LED comes on when connecting the power supply, but power switch might be Off.Audio quality very good for price tag.Shipping was quicker than expected.Good value for money

I bought an HDMI splitter cable that didn't work for eARC. I bought the Orei 2.0 HDA-912 Audio Extractor which wasuseless because it also had no eARC support that was a waste of money.When you only have one eARC port on TV and you have audio systems which I used the device to connect 2 Vizio sound bars that need to be connected to one device that has only 1 eARC port this thing fits the bill perfectly. I have this connected directly to my Hisence TV and Hisense doesn't offer both HDMI audio and Fiber Optical connection at the same time it has seperate audio menu selections. This how my soundbars are connected to this device one using each different type of connection.I also bought a Ruko Ultra box. The Roku remote allows me to use to use one remote for streaming because it has volume control.The only downside to using an eARC adapter like this connected to a TV eARC port is you lose the CEC connected device. I had to use my Vizio remote every time to adjust volume control. It was no big deal but switching remotes becomes annoying after awhile.With Roku at least I can use one remote but I still need the other 2 for menu changes. Having my set up with 2 sound bars is worth more than having my control my Vizio soundbars.

Took a couple weeks to arrive but it works perfect on a new tv with no audio input for speakers or headphones. LOVE IT!! In spite of the longer shipping time, still gets 5 stars!! Also had to use PCM settings and after I changed the setting, I turned the device off/on and its just perfect.After that, I just turn it off/on via a button and it changes automatically to tv speakers vs the device.. Amazing.. Love it!

Works great Allows you to connect most audio devices to a TV that only has a single HDMI out put and no audio out puts!

I got a new Samsung 65 inch TV that did not have optical output or analog output like my previous TV did. This allowed me to hook up the TV’s eARC HDMI To this product, I just changed the audio output to PCM and it sounds awesome. This is a great product thank you.

Connected audio output from Samsung tv to older Sony receiver. Works well. Took a little patience with formatting, but worth it.
